1. ENTRY: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Contestants will enter by posting photo content via Twitter, Facebook, or Instagram using the hashtag, #DaretoDreamSpring2019. Each Contestant limited to 1 entry per day.

Entry without purchase or obligation by US Mail. You may enter by hand-printing #DaretoDreamSpring19, your name, address, city, state, ZIP code, and daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code) on a 3” X 5” card, and mailing the card via US mail, in a #10 envelope with postage affixed, to: Bank of Albuquerque, One Williams Center 16 East, Tulsa, OK 74107 Attn: Consumer Marketing. Each mail-in entry will count as one entry into the drawing. Mail-in entries must be received by 5/3/19 in order to be eligible. You are limited to one entry per day and each mail-in entry must be hand written and mailed in a separate, postmarked stamped envelope. Entries that have been generated by a script, macro or any other automated means will be deemed void. Entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete or inaccurate are void. You need not be a Bank of Albuquerque customer to participate or win. Entries become the property of Bank of Albuquerque and will not be acknowledged or returned.

2. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open to persons over the age of 18. Employees of BOKF, NA ("BOKF") are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Contestants residing in those areas where the contest is void may participate in the contest but may not win any prizes. 

3. WINNER SELECTION:  One winner will be randomly selected from all social media entries each week.

4. PRIZES: Winners will receive a gift card from a home improvement store with a value of $100. Eight (8) gift cards for a total of eight prizes.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be announced at the end of each week, on 3/15/19, 3/22/19, 3/29/19, 4/5/19, 4/12/19, 4/19/19, 4/26/19, and 5/3, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Winners do not have to be present to win. They will be notified via direct message on social media channels. Inability to contact a winner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

6. USE OF CONTEST INFORMATION: All entries become the property of BOKF. BOKF reserves the right to use any and all information related to the contest, including submissions provided by the contestants, for editorial, marketing and any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.  Participants hereby grant BOKF a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide license to broadcast, publish, reproduce, distribute, and otherwise use and exhibit the Submission (along with their name) in all media for purposes of trade or advertising without further compensation.

7. NOT ENDORSED BY SOCIAL MEDIA ENTRY PLATFORMS: By participating in this contest, you acknowledge that this contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram and release Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram from any and all liability arising from or related to this contest.

9. CONDUCT: All contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. BOKF in its sole discretion reserves the right to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of its web site, posting inappropriate or offensive content, or is otherwise in violation of these rules.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: BOKF and its direct and indirect affiliates, as well as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and their respective officers, directors, managers, employees, agents or representatives (together “Releasee Group”) shall not be liable to Contestant for any amounts representing direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or any other damage or loss, for any reason whatsoever, including any damage or loss resulting from any late, lost or misdirected social posts or from any technical malfunctions, including malfunctions of a third party provider, that may occur. BOKF may suspend, modify, cancel or terminate the contest at any time and for any reason without liability to Contestant. Contestant agrees to, and hereby releases Releasee Group from any loss or liability incurred by Contestant resulting from or related to participation in the contest.
